If you are otherwise unhappy with a product you may return it for a refund up to 30 days after purchase. Items returned must be unused and must be returned with their original packaging at the buyer's expense. Please contact Gifts.com support to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to your return. Once the returned item is received, we will either issue a gift credit or credit the original source of payment. Damaged/ Defective Items
In the event an item is damaged or defective Gifts.com, will be happy to ship a replacement item. You must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt to process a replacement order.
