Cute and cuddly engraved shark
My Great Grandson who turned 2 November 18th of this year 2023 just loved his little soft fluffy shark with all the stuffed water creatures inside of the sharks zipped mouth. It was personalized with his name across the front of the shark. The gift didn't arrive in time to give it to him on his birthday, but he loved it when we gave it to him. I would say order things a month before you need them so you get them on time if it is a gift for someone.

Cool gift !

Exceptional Customer Service
I purchased the Sharkie Plush Playset as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. When the package didn't arrive as expected, I called Personal Creations to inquire. They found that due to the postal issue happening now, my purchase had been sitting in a post office in OH for 5 days. Though we knew I wouldn't have the item in time for the birthday party, Personal Creations quickly replicated my order and shipped it the next day via UPS at no cost to me. Exceptional customer service! I will buy from them again.

Very cute but some defects
I purchased this for my granddaughter's 1st birthday. I decided to open it before I package it up to send. It says the little stuffed animals make noises....but the seal doesn't do anything. I am assuming it was supposed to squeak? I would have rated this a five if all the little stuffed animals did what they said they did.
