We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 3-10 business days, though some items may take a little longer – depending on the personalization and product. Estimated delivery date(s) will appear in checkout when ordering. We ship via major carriers throughout the United States and U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and most international destinations.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Some oversized items may incur a charge per item. Oversized Items will be marked on the product detail page.
DELIVERIES TO HAWAII, ALASKA AND CANADA
Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are subject to an additional fee per item.
DELIVERIES TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS (OUTSIDE THE US AND CANADA)
Deliveries to international destinations outside the US and Canada are subject to an additional fee per item.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We calculate the appropriate shipping charges based on a number of factors, including time of year and delivery location. Charges are based on the number of addresses items are being sent to. Once we have all of the delivery information, we'll calculate the actual charges and display them on the final page of the checkout process, so you can fully review them before submitting your order.
